Restore, or repaint?

Neighbor gave me this ‘84 Schwinn Traveler 10 speed for free. I’ve done a complete teardown to clean and repack bearings, do a deep clean/degrease, and replace all consumables. Now that I’ve got it down to just the frame, I’m not sure if I want to restore the factory paint, leave it as it is, or if I should just repaint it to what I want. Thoughts?
