Its a different hub. Arc 1600 is open and 1400 is closed. Arc 1600 is the better value wheel because it’s the same rim with only slight differences between the hubs (ratchet Ln vs ratchet EXP, 18 vs 36t but the ratchet Ln 18 t star ratchets are super easy to replace)
You are comparing different hubs. 1600 are laced with 350 hubs. 1100 have more expensive 180 hubs.
