I mean, can you do metal work?

The last time I tried to unbend one this bad on an aluminum rim, it cracked. But you can usually unbend it just fine if you have a propane blowtorch to heat the metal before tugging on it with a crescent wrench.

Unless it’s an expensive wheel, it’s cheaper to buy a new one than getting a new rim and having someone re-lace the wheel.
