Budget project for my friend

The bike was built on a strict €200 budget. Base Merida cost €40 on a local classified ads site. I built it with mix of new (tires, brakes, basically the whole drivetrain, and handlebars) and original components. The bike was meant to be simple and functional for everyday riding and day trips. Our area is flat as a pancake so 1x with 44t up front and 7s 12-32 casette makes a lot of sense. Hope u like it. If u have any questions ask away!
