The fast and cheap way to do that is take the derailleur off and cut a shorter chain for the gear you want (maybe add a cheap chain tensioner too as you probably have vertical dropouts). Otherwise you’d need a new rear hub and rebuild the wheel, and even if you did that, your dropout spacing probably will be wrong on your frame.
