A mid-tone brown or natural cork tape would look good here, also tan wall tires. Works really with the orange frame and would wear well after a few months of the usual discolouration.

Black, white or possibly silver (e.g Supercaz bling) are the only sane options.
You will never find an orange that matches. And even if you did it will fade and look wrong after a few hard rides.

If the new saddle is white then white tape. As it is in the photo, black is the only option.

White will quickly get dirty. I’m going to be a bit contrarian and go with orange. It would have to match. But with that color of a frame, just lean into the orange. Admittedly, it might be harder to find.

Orange, in the right shade, but It would get dirty so quickly that you couldn’t ride the bike.
