Ebike chain question

Hello,

I have a Tyrbo Vado SL. Recently (middle of october) I got both cassettes and chain changed. I am trying to stay on top of maintaining the chain. I have used the nike but not daily and put a measuring tool that was recommended to check. It came up with what it says in the photos. Surely this doesn't mean I need a new chain already…am I reading/using this tool wrong?
