Hey!
I recently bought a used Grizl CF 7 AXS eTap 1x and have just started riding with my local cycling club, which I find really enjoyable! My plan is to continue riding both road and gravel with them.
Now I’m considering whether to buy carbon wheels for €1,000 and put on road tires so I can continue road cycling with the Grizl in the summer. However, today on Black Friday, Canyon has a bit of a sale on the Canyon Ultimate CF AXS eTap for €3,400.
Would it be smarter for me to buy the Ultimate for club rides in the summer and use my Grizl with carbon wheels for everything else?

Are you ready to switch from Grizl geometry to Ultimate geometry? That is a big change from rather relaxed gravel geometry to rather aggressive race geometry.
Did you try race geometry bikes already? Visit your local shop and ask to try a race bike (e.g. Trek Emonda SL/SLR you normally find trek dealers everywhere)
Do not jump to it just because of discount, absolutely make sure that Ultimate race geometry is what you are ready and enjoy riding. Far not everyone enjoy race geometry, really depends on your physique and flexibility.
