Looks like a split/ dry rot on closer inspection. Might’ve been an old tire or over inflated at some point. Will probably be fine for a little bit but replace or warranty it when you can.
Technically it would be wise to replace
But I’ve ridden tires like and worse for a long time.
Wild that you’d do a 2 day race on 2 year old tires lol, any bike shops along the way?
