Listed at $1700, but seller took my offer of $1300. However, the frame has some wear and tear from bikepacking (see pics 2 and 3). Is this still a reasonable price or should I try to talk him down more?

Seems like a good deal to me at $1300. If it’s what you’re looking for. I wouldn’t be worried about paint scrapes structurally, and I personally wouldn’t worry about them aesthetically. That would be a great rough trail and bike packing bike.
1.7k for a bike that cost 1.9k new!!! Origin price is a joke. 1.3k is fair try to go lower.
