Does the head tube have any kind of logo or emblem on it?

Could you please supply worse pictures? It’s almost possible to make out a bicycle. Maybe if you turned the lights off completely?

Not much to go on. Campagnolo did not make frames from what I’ve been reading. Apparently they did commission some frames from manufacturers. You really need a picture of the badge on the head tube to narrow it down.

A bike with Campagnolo logos has what appears to be Suntour shift levers and Dia-Compe brakes. Front QR looks like Campy but seatpost QR looks Shimano or Suzue.
So far no guess on the frame but it seems like previous owner(s) replaced the Campy gruppo with typical mid 80’s Japanese.

This is probably a late 70s to early 80s mid grade bike. semi touring because of the eyelets and giant clearance for fenders, wheels. I was going to say Raleigh, but I’m not sure.
