I dithered about getting a Brompton for a long while as I thought they were good for bike/train & little else. This ‘un was on clearance for £1k so bought on impulse.
It’s been so much more fun and practical than I ever imagined. That I can fold and carry it, means no security worries.
The Moultons are quicker (just) and more comfortable than the Brommie, but it’s not far behind and the fold makes it more versatile.
The Brompton is the most practical bike out there. If you only have one bike then it should be a Brompton.
