I can't get to the lowest gears (largest cogs). I have sensah 2*11 team pro shifters with the empire pro 11/12 RD, combined w shimano 105 FD+11/32 cassette/116 chain.
The FD shifts well but on the RD, the rear shifter seems unable to get into the largest cog. Brought to LBS and the mechanic couldnt resolve it (was unfam w sensah). His observation was that the cable tension was already quite taut and tinkered with the b screw and limits.
Ive checked the shifter separately (without cable tension) and it is able to click into all 10 positions so i dont think it's spoiled. What i notice is it cant engage the larger cogs because by the time it reaches the 4th largest, it has shifted through all the clicks but somewhere before that, for example, seems unable to drop from 6th to 5th until i downshift to 4th. So i'll be at 4th gear on the shifter but only 5th on the chain. Am thinking of visiting another bike shop.
In this video, if i push the RD or press the shifter in while cranking, it's able to navigate to the largest cog, but drops down to 2nd/3rd lowest. In a real cycle, it gets to max 4th.
It also tends to skippity skip while dropping gears from the highest in the video, but during an actual cycle it drops normally.
Everything is brand new. Might i have installed the chain or RD wrongly?

Definitely tension related. Crank up the tension til you can get to the lowest gear
The limit looks okay since you do get up there, so might be indexing issues. Go to barrel adjusted, adjust like you are loosening (left), try half turn at a time retry pedaling, repeat until in gear.
Why do you need to get in that particular gear combination? Why not shift to the small chainring before you try to mash all that tension in the drivetrain?

Ah yes, sensah and their naming scheme.
Sensah is in principle based around the sram design and sram cable pull ratio.
That is, sensah EMPIRE is based around the sram design.
You have the TEAM PRO STI levers, which are based around the SHIMANO cable pull ratio – compatible with shimano derrailleurs.
To properly control the rear derrailleur, you need the sensah EMPIRE STI levers, not TEAM PRO.
Basically, you have a sram style derrailleur, but the levers for shimano, it will probably never work that well. And that is why your front derrailleur works fine.
Either change the right lever to an empire one, or just buy a shimano r7000 derrailleur.
