  1. Well, the “Best” way would to sew a piece of brown leather using yellow thread using a two row stitch over the nose. It would look so sweet. But really some high strength black tape is called for here.

    Is there a shoe repair shop near to you? They could put a new layer of leather on the saddle nose, I had an old Selle Italia Flite saddle with a scuffed-off bit on one side of the back, the patch worked great.

  3. Why is your saddle so far back? It’ll start creaking at some point. Way past the limit. Or at least it looks it from the photo.
