Not really a mechanical question but I love this saddle and want to prevent it from ripping even more. I was thinking maybe some shoe goo or is there a better way? Thanks!

Well, the “Best” way would to sew a piece of brown leather using yellow thread using a two row stitch over the nose. It would look so sweet. But really some high strength black tape is called for here.
Use a leather seat repair kit for a car.
Black e6000 would work well for that
Electrical tape
New saddle.
liquid electrical tape
Super glue the stray pieces down and clear epoxy over it
Is there a shoe repair shop near to you? They could put a new layer of leather on the saddle nose, I had an old Selle Italia Flite saddle with a scuffed-off bit on one side of the back, the patch worked great.
Why is your saddle so far back? It’ll start creaking at some point. Way past the limit. Or at least it looks it from the photo.
