    Yes and no. Get a quality set of allen keys and a new axle. To remove this one, use pliers or cut a slit with a dremel. Do NOT use the axle afterwards. 

  2. Unless you can phase the matter of the tire though the matter of the fork it’s impossible installing a tire without removing the wheel 🙁

  3. the thru axle looks circular and silver after i tried using a 6mm allen key to unscrew it after a flat. last pic is the thru axle on the back wheel which looks very different – hexagonal and black. wondering what I did wrong, what to do next, and whether i can still change the tube to repair the flat without removing the wheel
