So here’s my hybrid that puts the hybrid into the hybrid (nice intro).
Base is Koga Colmaro Sports. Tires swapped to Tufo Thundero 40mm with C-lite fenders. Handlebars are Ergon GP-1 Cork handles, with (of course!) inner bar ends, so I can get into that aero tuck after dropping the little guy to the daycare. I also got a Brooks Scape top tube bag for the repair kit and such, and the child seat (Urban Iki) can be clicked on and off pretty easily.
Groupset is Tiagra 3x, and yes like everyone else I consider going 1x or 2x occasionally, but I think I’ll just use a wider range casette and assign biggest chainring to road biking, mid to daily use and smallest one to the forest-goat mode.
