Fairly new to fixie riding, been riding for a few months I'd say. Got this bike off of Facebook marketplace second hand and ever since I got it, I've had this consistent problem of the right nut slipping forward on the drop out, when braking or skidding, causing the left side of the tyre to touch the frame. I don't really know much about fixies, so I don't know if the pics provided are useless. In the pics, that's after my axle moves, therefore the loose chain. Normally I tighten the nuts pretty hard due to this problem but it doesn't really help. Any ideas? Also sorry if this is the wrong flair, not too sure where to ask.

Man failed NNN, that too this deep into the process.

It’s because your skidding. The back rim going foward plus the reverse skidding is causing two forces colliding putting stress on your axle. You probably can try getting some chain adjusters if that helps.
The nuts get worn with use and lose grip…possible you just need new ones.
