Depends on who you ask. Within 1mm is good enough for disc brakes. Less is “better”.
Feel and pluck to check for very loose or tight spokes. If none, it’s safe to ride. If tension is very uneven, true it or have a shop do it.

Vertical compliance looks good, although it appears to have somewhat under a millimetre of lateral variance, that could be failry easily tweaked with some judicious spoke tension adjustment. It’s not really all that bad, and looks perfectly safe to ride as it is.

Definitely check tension. Make sure you have balanced from both drive and non drive sides. But generally looks fine. Was it a lot worse before? Looks like a 50-60mm deep wheel. From my experience it is tough to get those out of true. They should be pretty stiff

The real question is whether the spoke tension all around is even enough. Are you using a tensiometer to check?

I think this is more true than any of my wheels but it’s not something I would let go to a paying customer.

It is very close, but it will only stay that way if the spoke tension is even around the whole wheel.

That’s a to 1/2 to 3/4 turn of one spoke nipple to tighten up one (mabey 2) spokes to be near perfect from my experience.
Wheels never get better and the longer you ride on one when it gets a wobble the worse it gets.
Watch some YouTube videos on wheel truing, find an old wheel to use as a test dummy and just get in the habit of sorting these things out as soon as you notice them.
