Maybe there is a good replacement policy for your helmet with discount after a crash. If it saved you this time, I’d just get the same model again. Get well soon! Crashing happens. As long as it’s only hurting your ego and minor injuries today is a good day. Could have ended a lot worse. I’d still check in with a doctor in case something feels strange tomorrow/tonight (relative to the crash)Â

my front wheel slid into tramlines on a bend while touring in Germany skidded about 8ft into traffic, luckily I wasnt hit but the only thing I could think about was my bike lol it only got a scrape on the right shifter hood and lever after riding another 20 mile or so I realised my right sock was covered in blood, I also learned the hard way but it wont happen again🤪
