Hey everyone, hoping someone can help diagnose this noise on my canyon ultimate.
I removed a few of the spacers on my CP0018 cockpit and after retorquing everything now my bike makes this rubbing/popping noise when turning the handlebars.
Anyone know what this could be or how to fix it? Sounds like it could be brake cables rubbing but it sounded perfectly fine before I tried taking out the spacers.

I’m assuming it’s hydraulic not cables?
Did you shorten the hoses at all?
Hydraulic hoses fitted through aero bars have to be just right and within millimetres. If you took spacers out without shortening them then that’s your issue. Eventually this will cause you problems if you leave it.
If you don’t know what you are doing with them get a professional to sort it for you as it just isn’t worth messing it up yourself.
