Looks like a Roadster. Roadsters slightly predate road bikes, they look like that, and were either single speed or multi speed, and they raced them. They were basically the generic bike, when you didn’t want what we now call beach cruisers.

People are being super harsh tbh I think this bike looks quite cool, only thing about it that I think looks a bit silly is the weird bar end brake backwards idea. The seat looks to be at the right height and the townie bars look real cool I think. But maybe try n find some 31.8 clamp bars that are a similar shape, something about that shim looks sketchy lol

I’d call it a “bike co-op bike” or “true rat bike”, but I mean both in a good/loving way.
You’ve left the r/fixedgear circlejerk and now just get to enjoy bikes. People will call it Pengy, but only because they are jealous. They cannot fathom being as brave as you.
The drilled out handlebars do make my palms sweaty though.
