This is a shed built Norton Rotary speedway bike.
Builder and start in shot is Rotary Roy.
The sign on the front of the bike says: My example of “Norton Single Rotary Motion” applied to a traditional 4-stroke speedway application. A machine that never was! But still could be! This working model was built in a 3 x 2 metre shed, with imagination and hand tools by an Octogenarian Rotarian. Rotary Roy
Location is the Kempton Park Autojumble.

This dude’s a boss!
I wanna hang out in his garage one afternoon lol.
That sounds amazing how tiny is that rotary motor?!
Looks small , but rotary is a tiny platform. Doubtful its the TT rotary. Speed bikes have no brakes..rotary inherently offers no engine brakeing. Death bike! Call it a Comet kazi
Sounds angry….🤔😏
Man, I want to hear this engine idling.
I thought i would see a bike with a rotary but it's just a wankel.
Bad Ass Build Brother 👽👍🏻✨
Wonderful 💯🏍️
But… all this smoke… certainly a NOT well built engine… bad design, materials, tolerances, pieces and assemblies, etc.
Besoin dajustement, n' est pas a point. Cela dit belle machine
A bit ironic. A rotary bike built to go around in circles.
U would say it sputters. But we know when its nice and warm it goes like the wind
Now thats a cool bike.
Thanks from NOR-CAL.
He has hand built bikes from scratch all his life, for his own pleasure … he’s lectured on rotary engines for Norton and rode speedway himself, back in the day. He also still grass track rides (no brakes) at 88! Gets a lot of pleasure out of showcasing his favourite past-time. To the unnecessarily negative comments … perfection is all subjective. Whatever you thoughts …the man deserves some respect.
Where is the foot rest 🤔
"It's surprisingly quiet, isn't it?"
"It's noisy."
"Did you say something?"
So when some kid that never accomplished anything and never will says, OK Boomer, take it as a compliment.
Motor ame yg punya sama² dah udzur 😂
VIJEJO NORTON MOTOCICLETAS 🏍 INGLES , CON GRANDE ALMA SPORTIVA MUI RAPIDA ❤
Great idea to do it when the engines cold. Amature.
I have seen and heard this bike in the flesh and boy is it loud 😮😮😮
