Musguard, as others said. Roll up easily for carrying around in a bag (or on your top tube). Get the wider version or all the water will just spatter around it. The anti-slip backing in the Velcro straps is a bit ass, though.

These wreck paint. Get some helicopter tape. In truth they also dig in /wear away in your bridge which really can’t be protected.
