Measurements leave me in no man’s land. It looks like the cutoff for XS/S inseam is 30.5 inches, which is about exactly where I am.
I currently ride a Cannondale Caad12 52 and I think its a bit small for me (see the front hub over bars, lot of shoe/tire overlap, knees sometimes hit a light that drops under bars). Canyon reps recommended Small.
So I begrudgingly ordered the small and set it up yesterday. Unsurprisingly my seat height on the post is only 1.8/10 on the range. Reach feels longer but not alarmingly so- but I’ve not yet taken the spacers out or adjusted saddle offset.
Added the geometry comparison in photo. Feeling uneasy about it. Did I make the wrong choice?

I’m about the same measurements as you, with an S Ultimate.
I think mine fits perfectly. I’ve even taken a 5mm spacer out.
