Said person never reported nor said a word till 2nd person was being badly bullied 2 weeks. Did 1 use this to his/her advantage to disarm the bullying claims or is number 2 just wrong.remember both where goofing off but this never should of happened had 1 been a leader and not screamed.just my opinion. Do not bully your co workers….if an incident happens report it then don't wait till it's convenient 👌 just saying. If your a leader LEAD or others will not respect you.

Today installing a roof with a guy that threw handfulls of nails on a newly shingled area and walked on them claiming the shingles are self sealing. Then says he has done over 1000 roofs. Fkn liars and idiots all over the trades industry
