I’ve had this BMX Walmart Bike sitting outside for a long time and i’ve been getting into riding bikes I want to ride this bike because I like that its a BMX Bike but since i’ve let it out for a long time its slightly damaged but still ridable just that the seat is low for me and I want to raise it but its stuck I unscrewed the bolts but its not raising or moving can somebody please help on what to do

any option means a bit of work, it’s needs anti seize lube. To get something really in there it’ll need the cranks off to get it to seep into the seat post, so already that’s more complicated. If you’ve got access to a vice the seat can come off, and for weight and space the wheels was well, clamp the seat post in the vice and use the bike frame to turn around the post, spraying wd40 or gt95 or plusgas to aid its removal.
Just a warning. If you try any kind of tricks on this, it will fall apart very quickly.. dangerous stuff..
For the seatpost..use some force and try hit it Out. Or some wd40 to get it loose
Lube it up and knock it side to side then up and out with a rubber hammer?
As others said, lube it up but first try spreading open that clamp where screws used to be with a large screwdriver or something.
