700C/622mm. This is the standard size wheel that is used on basically all (road) bicycles for adults. It’s appropriate for basically everybody.
And it’s a 42mm wide tire.
It’s a 700c road wheel. It’s perfectly fine for you. XS and XL sized bikes both use 700c wheels.
