Hey guys,
Today i maintained the Freehub of my old winter Bike and after I was done i found this thin washer…. It has to belong to somewhere before i opened the freehub body itself because i remembered it laying around as the freehub was still closed…

It probably goes inbetween the freehub body and the hub. Either that or that’s the bearing preload adjustment washer for the body bearings in which case the cassette should not spin backwards easily.
Depending on the case it’s either a 5 minute job or another hour stacking bearings with tweezers.
EDIT: or it’s a washer that goes inbetween the axle cone race and lock nut. Helps them not vibrate apart.

I had to use one to get my brakes to line up. Put it outside the fork. Mostly likely the fork was bad though.
