Customer at my shop donated this old Specialized Hard Rock. What should I do with it? This picture was after a full clean and bearing rebuild. It’s complete (wheels out of view). Full Suntour X Sport 3×6 with Sugino VP cranks. I already added some cruiser style bars… looking for some insight.

Keep the drivetrain original, those old suntour parts are made well and look in good shape
