Nothing. Oxidation will occur. Only worry, when you drive near a salty environment like the seaside/ocean.

If you ride on salted roads, it will oxidize and the aluminum will eventually turn into a white, flaky powder, compromising the frame’s integrity. As someone else already suggested, you can use nail polish to seal it. You can also spray some automotive paint in a small container, then apply it with a cotton swab or toothpick. I like to use clear paint or clearcoat to keep these battlescars exposed, but you can try to color match. Another option is to just apply superglue.

The oxide on aluminium actually protects the parent metal. The only thing that would happen here is that the oxide would travel under the paint and lift up the paint.
