It’s long over due change and the nub has seized itself to the cable and the actuator. So far have used a release spray but no luck yet. The main issue is there is very little space and no chance of grabbing it with pliers. OneUp V2

I would soak it in a solvent over night. Tri flow and use a pick to try and break the head free
Looks like you need to actuate the dropper, but not by using the cable. Get something to grab the lever, like a channel lock. It should give you plenty of room to pop the bean out.
Worst case you can buy a new actuator and cable from OneUp, they just screw in/out. Reach out to them, their customer service is top notch.
If you haven’t done a service in a while it might be worth picking up one of their rebuild kits too.
I have three OneUp droppers in use right now, I love how serviceable they are.

Update, freezing it may have done the trick but probably no chance of getting the barrel off the cable. At least they’re the cheap part
Update 2: LBS popped the barrel free from the cable in their vice
From what I remember of installation of that post.
slide the cable out of the dropper through the slots, the grommet and end of the cable will still be held by the actuator. This should cause the grommet to rotate and you can use the cable to pull the grommet out of the dropper. Using the cable like this also should allow you to apply significant pressure to get the grommet to rotate.
This is a similar procedure to how most Tektro Mechanical Flatbar brake levers attach a cable.
If you’re worried it may happen again, you don’t need to barrel on the dropper. It’s optional.
