Hi, picked this up recently for next to nothing. It has Dura ace parts on it, Cinelli stem. No marking on the frame besides a serial on the bottom tube and Prestige stamped on the inside triangle of seat tube. Any insight into what the frame may be?

This looks like a Nishiki Altron, probably originally had neon paint like the one in this link. Not quite sure of the year, but the DA seems like an upgrade. Good score!

Nishiki Prestige. From the serial number the frame was manufactured in 1989 September. A 1990 model year.
