Nice, old rigid mountain bikes make great commuters. Try putting some slick tires on there, you’ll be amazed at how much faster you’ll go with less effort. How come your seatpost clamp is backwards?

awesome! i love seeing the early 90s specialized frames still going strong. i converted my ’93 rockhopper to single speed, put on smooth tires, and have been riding it to work almost daily. i like the color scheme on yours – thanks for sharing
