My friend and I, love getting on our bikes pick a direction and see where we end up! Today’s destination was Mulbarton. We played it by ear as to which route we took, we usually try to stay away from main roads. After meeting up, we started the journey at Eaton Railway Crossing and headed along the lovely nature path to Keswick Mill. From here we headed up Mill Lane, and eventually found our route taking us alongside the Norwich Southern Bypass. Although we could hear the sound of the busy traffic, it was still a pleasant pathway to follow. We then went up and over the bypass and continued along Intwood Road. Following quiet lanes, we found ourselves at Swardeston and followed The Common before coming out onto the main road to Mulbarton. Once into Mulbarton we had one destination and that was Blakeys Cafe – a very popular cafe on a double decker bus, where delicious homemade food can be enjoyed! After our refreshments we then headed back home via a slight change of route where we crossed Swardesdon Common nature trail before making our way back onto Intwood Road and heading into Cringleford. All in all, the route was around 18miles and was very enjoyable.

I hope you enjoyed the video. Please do give me a thumbs up, drop me a comment and consider subscribing, all of which will be very much appreciated. Check out my other videos of walks and adventures in and around Norfolk and Suffolk, and holiday destinations.
