LOL. Depends on the region of France you go to. There is a vast amount of different cuisines. A simple snack is a baguette with salted butter and ham. Criminally underrated. Happy you enjoyed it π«π· π
2. That baguette crunch was tight, not gonna lie. Only thing is, we usually don't deepthroat the baguette. You want to bite with the side of your mouth, to make sure you don't touch the rest of the baguette. Or you take the end off with your hand if you're a pussy.
3. What the hell are those
4. I'm gonna need the name of that restaurant, because from the looks of it it's a michelin star number of courses with a normal restaurant portion size. I've never gone to a restaurant that had more than three courses : Appetizer, main dish, dessert. Maybe a drink to begin and a coffee to end it, but that's it.
5. You should visit us Northerners in Rouen some time ! If you want the authentic french experience, there are quite a few fast food dishes that are very popular in France but unheard of anywhere else, like "french tacos" from O'tacos. It has nothing to do with what everyone else calls a tacos, be warned.

Nice, finally something that my two decades long experience as a french person can help with !
1. We do take our breakfast somewhat long (when we don't skip it, which a lot of people do on weekdays), I know with my family the weekend breakfast is an hour long tradition, from setting up to leaving the table. However, we don't do it in cafΓ©s. Maybe people in the south do it, idk, Nice is a rich people town anyway.

No way it's the French it's the Italian , Greek or Syrian food
French linger over food. Americans eat on the clock and eat alot. It's changing but Europeans linger over food and drink. It's social
