Did you know that Princess Charlotte has already made history as the first royal woman not to be displaced by a younger brother in the line of succession. Even after the birth of Prince Louis, Charlotte remained fourth in line to the British throne, while Louis ranks fifth. This was made possible by changes to Britain’s oldest Act of Succession from 1701. In 2013, when William and Catherine were expecting their first child, the country’s government decided to end discrimination and, in case their first child was a girl, give her the right to one day become Queen of the UK.

  1. Why can’t you add the country where the history is made? In Sweden, that rule exists for decades already. Norway implemented it way before the UK, I won’t even mention Netherlands… just like in USA. Kamala Harris changed the future, example for girls, made history… India and Israel had female prime minister in last century, Pakistan had female prime minister, Brazil, South Korea, Croatia, Bosnia all had female president, New Zealand, Finland… Germany and Merkel? Serbia had lesbian prime minister… trust me or not, but history of the world isn’t making just in USA and UK. I know it’s a hard pill to swallow, but take a glass of water.
