I had my right hip replaced last year in Feb. I can now sleep on my right side for the first time and I am no totally free from pain but the grinding is gone and I do not regret going through this surgery. I also have had both knees replaced. The recovery from the hip was harder but Wirth it.
I had mine replaced 18 years ago posterior surgery cant see the scar and can do most things I used to. Surgery is a marvellous thing. I had my left knee partially replaced fourteen years ago . Thats doing well too. But now i have a meniscal tear on my right knee the most painful thing ever ! Waiting for surgery maybe another partial replacement.
