Rear tire. Noticed this sidewall wound on a ride yesterday. Vittoria Corsa N.EXT 34c running tubeless with orange seal at about 55 PSI. Is this still safe to ride?

Dont take a chance , just change it
If there is absolutely no bulge, then the cord is good and it is just rubber which does not touch the road. If there is the slightest bulge, then it is a blow-out that WILL happen. Maybe while riding a downhill and maybe when sitting in your garage.
If I saw this while out on a ride I’d probably ride it home and change it asap.
