Bought this recently mostly built up as you see it, just changed out a few parts to my preference. Weighs in at 15.4lbs and is a welcome change from my 20lb Canyon Endurace!
The mismatched fork somewhat bothers me but it’s $300 for a new one from Trek. Considering getting this one painted to match (if possible) or painted black (easier and better than red IMO). What do think?

what made you go with a 1x drivetrain? i’m also curious what brake calipers you got, i’m looking for some new ones. and how’s the stiffness of the frame? i’ve been considering getting a carbon frame for my next bike, for the stiffness..
