**Note**:
I live in SEA (GMT+8 timezone), avg tempreature not lower than 25 deg C and weather only have 2 state: Rain and No Rain.
Luckily the road infra is decent. The Lane I am on is actually a Bus lane and during operational hours (usually peak commute hours), only buses, bicycles and emergency services are allowed on it or else risk getting a SGD130 ticket (approx USD100)
