More context would be really helpful. The c40 is a kind of old frame and the dogma has been around for a while. Why are you asking? What are these specific photos if I’m not supposed to pay attention to them? Are you buying? What’s your plan?
It really helps people to answer a question when they know why.
I mean I think the col ago is a nicer frame but it is way worse shape than the pinarello in almost every way and it has a weird combo of components
