I just got a used cannondale habit 6 and am trying to put a internally routed dropper post. The frame has some rubber grommets for the cable but no hole int them. Has anyone gone through something similar or have any ideas to put a hole in the rubber grommets without accidentally destroying them?

Your local cannondale dealer may have the grommets with the holes in them kicking around.
Cannondale uses these blank grommets to plug the holes on the low spec bikes. Alternatively just start poking holes in this one until housing fits through
Contact a Cannondale dealer for the right ones? Can’t be that expensive
