Another wonderful video guys, half way through the book, have you started the next instalment?
with the no hands .. it’s impossible, you can’t let go
Kyle should do a "How to mount a bike" segment in every episode !!!🤣🤣🤣
£6.90 for a piece of cake the Uk is such a rip off.
You made me so proud of myself learningno hands 3 months into riding. No hands is such an essential skill for anyone riding
I can confirm the prices in Murcia as I live there. The roads are good as well, did I mention the weather.
Congrats for your 10000, that’s fantastic, well done. My target was 3000 this year and I’m up to 3200 already, being spurred on to longer rides by your example!
Congrats on 10,000 milones, but Kyle clubbing himself in the nads, priceless. Hope he’s ok tho’.
Well done Amy, and yes Kyle it is hard to rest up when your down with something but it's also something you have to learn to be disciplined about. I have ignored my body before and payed quite heavily with a spell in the hospital so don't be afraid to rest up when you need to otherwise it can take away from your ability to get back to fitness afterwards. 10,000 milonies, that's a brilliant achievement – it's about what I used to ride when I was training hard and competing so that's amazing that you have notched that one up. Keep up the good vibes, keep the message strong about mental and psychological issues and how to get proper help if your struggling. Too few of us admit we are struggling and it's so important to be able to carry out "housekeeping" with your thoughts emotions, and how deal positively with things that are getting you down – love you for that Amy, and love your videos, it's such a blessing to see you chirpy and chipper, you always make me smile. See you in the next vid TTFN bye.
Podcast? What’s it called? Where can I listen?
10K miloneys every season? It has to be cycling Dogma. Ha, ha.
Bought your book. Can't wait to read it!
Yipee
I recall u had to get out after Christmas to get 10k. I goaled 5k this yr and will take some serious devotion to get it especially with the changing weather.

Hola Amy , Excelente video !!!
Si es posible de activar los subtitulo en Español 🙏…
Saludosss …
Great episode and well done on the No Hands 🙌 “Skills”🚴🏼♀️💨🚴🏼♂️💨
Hi Amy, I run an independent cafebar and I just wanted to say we have just been through the hardest time I can remember in my 44 years in hospitality. All our costs skyrocketed, Energy costs tripled (there was no government price cap like on your home energy), food costs went through the roof and wage costs increased. On top of that your bill includes 20% VAT which we goes to the government. Thus all at a time when customers like yourself were struggling with their cost of living. I not asking for sympathy but it would be great if you understood why restaurants and cafes are closing at an alarming rate. All the best, Tim ❤
Coffee con leche and a tostado de tomate is €2 in Javea, Spain. You need to get out to the Costa Blanca North at some point..
it actually has a lot to do with the design of the bike, more specifically the designed stability of the bike's front wheel when spinning at speed. most bikes have that gyroscopic stability designed and built into the front wheel/fork/handle bar assembly. some poorly designed ones (or intentionally-so designed ones) have less stability – and no matter how skilled you are, you will find it hard to cycle hands-free. i have ridden many bicycles since i was 4 (and many motorcycles too, as an adult) and they all obey those same physical properties. as a general rule, in the well-designed bicycles, the ones that exhibit frontal gyroscopic stability, the faster you cycle, the easier you'll find it is to sit upright hands-free (packing away your jacket, or drinking a latte, if you will). as your speed slows, your stability denigrates. cheers.
Your no handed is much more skilled than Kyle's kom step onto the bike 😂
Great video, funny thing is I could do no handy better on my town bike which is a heavier bike than the racing bike. Maybe it's just the balance of the bike I don't know.
😂😂Mount that steed Kyle!! Did you get that from Olie on GCN?
A NHS full time job is waiting 4u…Princess Malones and Duke Kyle can work as waiter's chef at his favourite pub…
Congrats on the 10k miles!
Also great to see Kyle demonstrating a dynamic Cherry Picker – courtesy of the GCN Archive: https://youtu.be/Uv4Li18UILM?si=5KwDYPYOjmD2KAUq
Also, from the same source, some more ideas for him: https://youtu.be/DI1Ag8vWzIg?si=Lpf2biuG7eOtFXg_
Cadence is individual. Some are slower, some are faster, there is no correct cadence, look at the pros, as long as you're not mashing you're good 👍
10,000 miles? If you were a car you would be due a service 😂
Fantastic effort
I like to try getting more aero on my bike, with your hands on the hoods crouch down so your lower arm is in line with the handle bars it's not comfortable but I heard 80 percent of the drag on a bike is the rider sat up you're effectively an air brake.
Every day is arm day.
Just bought your book. Unfortunately life can bring many challenges, some affect your mental health as I've found out myself. Reading is difficult when you are suffering so I already like your tip about a sentence or paragraph at a time.
You are an inspiration for an older, once very active cyclist trying getting back step by step on the bike. Love road but have the light gravel bug for peace and safety. Your videos show all the good and bad, which is real life. My wife(who came from England the US] and I watch your videos and she doesn’t even cycle! Your hubby is the man, a great supporter of his partner. Keep going on your adventures and mixing gravel and road ventures in.
Oi!! Stop it with the (landfill) 'disposable' cups. Get yourself a foldy silicone one! and stick it in your back pocket.
Would be nice to see what your indoor training looks like, enjoying your videos.
