Looks like a green cap on a schrader valve, try any classic pump after removing the green cap!
Take that cap off.

Thanks, I guess it could be a Schrader valve. I’m just having a really hard time removing the cap.
That’s a slime tube cap and can be used to remove valve cores.
I have them on mine minus the actual slime tubes. Awful products.

Thanks again, the value cap has a built-in core remover. I didn’t even know that was a thing and it threw me off.I learned something new today.
