In Durban (S-Afrika) were I finished 8th in my age group , I qualified for IM70.3 world Championship in Lahti (Finland) and one month later I finished 11th in Ironman Astana (Kazachstan) were I qualified for IM world championship in Nice.
This is the first episode of my World Championship journey.
I am in Nice after a 1600km ride from Spain to do a big training block on the Ironman World Championship 2023 course. I did 500km of cycling with 8500m of altitude, 100km of running and 10km of swimming
