Sorry for this noob question but how do i set it to 6nm? The numbers are only 5 and 7, there is no in between for the 6nm.

Check the numbers on the rotating part. Turn it until your see the 1 at the front. Check whether you’re in between 4-5 (wrong direction) or 5-6.
Twist it till it goes up to the stripe on the 5, on the twist dial rotate till you add 1. 5+1 is 6Nm
