Hi all, I’m looking at purchasing this Gios Professional frameset for a build I’m putting together. It is rust free and in reasonably good condition, but could use a paint touch up on a few spots. The seller is asking $400. Is that too steep? I think it might be considering that it isn’t classic gios blue and is not a super record.

$400 is fair, this looks to be in good condition. One of the more iconic bikes of the golden era IMO
