feels like the crown race is already integrated into the fork but you need to find a fitting lower bushing for it, not sure how hard that’s going to be

It looks to already be installed.
You may need to remove that one (please use a proper tool) and install the correct one if you’re swapping headsets.

Looks like a reducer crown race for a 1⅛ headset
