  1. Every bike is different. I’d start with none. If you can’t shift or hit frame, add spacers til it’s good.

  2. Shimano is usually pretty good with this information. A quick google should be get you the information needed.

    Edit: didn’t see you said it’s a 68mm shell. That crank is probably designed around a 73mm bb shell so you’ll need 5mm ish of spacers, I usually split that between bb spacers and crank spindle spacers
