Glue it back on with some heavy duty glue. It’s meant to protect the chain from hitting the frame.

I had something similar but worse happen to my Grizl. I contacted a carbon repair specialist, took them the frame and they repaired and repainted it. Looks good as new and rides fine. Your damage is less severe than what I had
Add a chain catcher when you rebuild the bike because you’ll have to strip it apart to have the frame painted anyways.
